manufacturer of ice cream cones is a family company which has existed in the confectionery and baking sector since 1985. Starting from baking ice cream cones and dessert wafers, we have gradually improved our products to guarantee the highest quality of our offer.

As time went by, we noticed the changing market trends and since 1996 we have manufactured a wide selection of food powder concentrates, such as cakes, waffles, ice cream, cake creams and many other. Our advanced technologies and unique recipes are the outcome of many year's work to meet the market requirements. Thanks to that our products are characterised by high and reliable quality.

For our Customers, we created also a wide range of specialist milk products, being equivalents of skimmed and whole milk, but for a much lower price. The products can be used by producers of bread products, ice cream, wafers, stuffings, cakes, chocolate and many other, guaranteeing uncompromised quality of end products, combined with more economic and profitable production.

We also gained experience from running Coffee Shops (cafes) in Poland but also abroad. As we have been coffee lovers for a long time, we started to roast its beans in our cafes so that the Customer can see it. This is how we have learned the likings, tastes and opinions concerning our coffee. Our freshly roasted Coffee blends and Single-origin coffee types are characterised by a rich, unforgettable aroma with an inimitable taste. Hand-picked and sorted, highly selected coffee beans come from plantations in different parts of the world.

With the growing problem of allergy to gluten in view, we created a line of gluten-free products. We decided to offer mixes for baking bread, cakes and waffles, proving in this way that gluten-free farinaceous products can be equally tasty and that they need not differ from the food with gluten content. Promoting the healthy food idea and taking care of the allergy-stricken consumers who find it difficult to find the right food, we would like to encourage you to get acquainted with our offer, containing e.g. the mixes for making white bread SOFT and buckwheat bread, mixes for making such cakes as e.g. cake bottoms, shortcrust pastry (e.g. for the apple pie), gingerbread, pancakes, crepes, raviolis and other.

We also bake and deliver bread to healthy grocers', bakeries and hotels. Our assortment includes delicate white and buckwheat bread, pure or with such additives as cranberry, rose water, coconut and almonds, as well as dried tomatoes with olives.

To ensure the highest quality of our products for our Customers, we implemented the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and European Standards guarding each stage of the manufacturing process. Thanks to that, our Customers receive products with high health-related quality. All our products are deeply and regularly tested in J.S. Hamilton Laboratory according to the applicable standards and regulations to monitor the best quality.
